Pulse Point: The Time It Takes to Move

This Pulse Point has been building for a long time. Longer than I wanted to admit.

So it feels appropriate, since we’re now in Gate 34. The Gate of Power.

It’s energy that’s ready to move , even when it doesn’t always know how.

For a long time, I felt something simmering inside me. A sense that I was meant to share something during the transits. That felt like a rhythm I could speak into. Something to meet people in real-time.

But I couldn’t find the language. Or rather, I couldn’t find my language.

So I waited. Tried to force it a few times. Scrapped it. Let it sit. Then tried again.

This is how it goes sometimes, especially if you’re a Manifesting Generator.

We get the spark… And then the body says, not yet. Or it wants to go at some squiffy angle of quirky, uniqueness. Or burn it down. Maybe even leave it until it’s ready to come alive.

I knew I wanted to share something. There was that familiar pull, a spark, the readiness.
But the how didn’t come.

This is something I’ve come to understand about being designed the way we are. The knowing often arrives well before the form. And sometimes, it takes a few goes before we find what’s real for us. So we take messy action anyway, rather than sit still. Because… gah!

I previously tried different versions of this idea. First I explained it. Then I mapped it out… and scrapped it. Tried again.

Each one almost felt right, but still not quite mine.
That’s the thing about the creative power of a Manifesting Generator. You don’t just build something, you become it. And that takes time.

Gate 34 carries this pulse – a readiness. An energy that wants to act. It knows its power.

But it doesn’t always move right away.
It sits in the Sacral Centre (or the Evolution Centre in Quantum Human Design), which means it’s not about logic. Nor a step-by-step plan. It’s a felt sense. A click, a deep knowing that says: “Now. Move.”

Sometimes that moment takes longer than you think it should.

That’s where I was. I knew I wanted to share something grounded in the chart, but not technical. Something that touched what was already alive in people – not something they had to figure out, learn, study.
But every version I tried sounded like someone else.

Until this one.

Pulse Points were never meant to be about content. They’re a quiet rhythm. A pause to name what’s present, without teaching, explaining, or overworking it.

They’re for those moments where your energy is whispering, but you’re still asking yourself if it makes sense to feel it. That it’s okay to move.

This week, Gate 34 is highlighting that exact tension:
You feel the readiness, but you’re still waiting for proof that the moment is right.

Sometimes, waiting is the power move. Not because you’re unsure, but because you’re letting the thing become real, become alive in you first.
