The Day I Realised I Was Rehearsing

I realised something uncomfortable this weekend.
I’ve been rehearsing. Waiting to be my true self.

Trying to model the magic.
Trying to resonate.
Playing at being the ‘right’ version of myself.

This is what multi-passionate women do.

Practicing before we reveal, refining before we risk.
Polishing before we land.

Clarity doesn’t arrive in those grand plans.
It arrives in moments.
But what if we miss them… because we’re too busy rehearsing.

As if by magic… I moved from rehearsing to realising.

When it appeared in front of me, it felt out of integrity.
Doesn’t this make me a hypocrite?
In actual fact, it’s perfect.

Because I’ve now moved all the way through it.
Out of the loops, and into the clarity.

That’s what Reveal is.
Not more information or preparation.

It’s the moment you stop circling and stop preparing.
And becomes the moment you decide.

This is the work I hold space for.
Not more theory, polishing or preparation.

The moment you step through the doorway.

If you recognise yourself here, you’re not alone.

You’re not behind. And you’re not late.
You’re just at the threshold.
