The Permissionista here.
I help Manifesting Generators and Creatives using Quantum Human Design™ find their way to stop holding back so they can be aligned with pure joy, and the way of knowing that’s true for who they really are.
But what does Coming home to yourself mean?
I had a Curiosity call with a lovely lady who was inquiring about working with me, and she was asking the question, “What do I get? How would it be? What would I expect at the end of it?“
What a great question
When we’re talking about finding our sense of self, finding who we are, if who you are feels a little bit out of reach, it’s hard to get some idea of what that might feel like.
To be that person, to know her, to trust her – to evolve into her.
So here are a few of the things that come to mind around this question.
What does it mean to evolve into your true, full, whole self as you were born to be?
It’s about finding inner peace, which can mean different things to all of us.
That can feel like:
- Being at home in yourself
- No longer running away from things you need to be and do
- Give yourself permission to be that fully realised, actualised version of you, as you truly are
- To understand and recognise where others needs end, and yours begin
- To state ‘Here’s where I am and what I need’ and know that everything that comes outside of that can be rejected
- To speak to yourself as you would your best friend
- Cheerleading yourself, so you know that someone’s always got your back
- Know what your yes feels like
- No more questioning
- Tapping into self trust, commit whole heartedly to things instead of wavering
- No more justifying or over explaining yourself
- Full body – YESSS, let’s go
- No need to fill the silences
- In tune with your own needs
- You feel more joined up (As expressed by one of my clients – check out the testimonials page here)
- I help you eradicate risk from your life (to quote another of my clients)
- Trusting your decisions and choices, however big or small
Because when there are issues with boundaries, we’re often so good at giving so much of ourselves away that those lines get really blurred.
How would it be if some of that alignment looked like being your own best friend instead of your own worst critic?
How about if, instead of talking down to yourself, you bigged yourself up? I don’t know if big is a word, but it is now I’ve just made it one.
One of the things that’s been said about working with me is that I become a cheerleader for you, in both your life and your work, like a cheerleader in your back pocket. I love that, but my true aim is to empower you to do that for yourself. Even when it’s just you and you’re there doing things for yourself. You’re coming home to yourself.
How different would that feel when – as another one of my clients who told me after we worked together – said she felt more joined up.
Wholeness that maybe you’re seeking too. From questioning, second guessing, not trusting yourself to ‘I know. I know what it is, I know what I need. I know where I’m going, I know who I am.’
This is where you can go. This is where you can end up. This is how you can be when you step into really and truly embracing this journey.
If you want to have the conversation, we can do that.
Go here to book a Curiosity Call and let’s talk about it.
